What are the leading differences between have a different motherboard and an prehistoric motherboard which have bios revision?

Newer boards use newer, faster chips. Speeds up everything. ~

Also unknown peripherals doing things better and faster than old ones.
The crucial difference is one is a new motherboard and the other one is an antediluvian motherboard with a BIOS revision.
nought in language of performance, if it will do what you want it to do.
im not sure what bios revision is but here are some differences between current and old motherboards

New- PCI Express (faster port for symbolic cards)

Faster AGP (accelerated graphics port)

Overall faster performance

DDR2/DDR3 RAM compatibility (also faster)

More DDR2/DDR3 Ram Slots

OLD-original PCI tremendously slooww

AGPx2 slooooooooow

very slow performing

DDR (slow ram)

things like that
