What is the best passageway to connect a PC to a TV to draw from the best picture power?

I've tried both of these products, but both render a fuzzy doll:

My TV is an HD capable Toshiba 51HC85

A graphics card near DVI output and DVI to HDMI cable.
the reason that it is fuzzy is because TV's build their symbol as one still picture, rather than close to computer who build their image by pixel. a TV cannot be as precise as an LCD or CRT computer monitor because monitors are built for you to be close up (so their imitation has to be more fine). the solely way you are going to win a good non-fuzzy sign is to have a TV that supports DVI or VGA input (the blue or white monitor cable on the put money on of your PC. note that lone DVI, the white rectangular cable, supports digital, thus HD content).

other than that adjectives i can recommend is to fine tune the picture with the brightness, contrast, and sharpness option on your video card.
