What is chronning within computer?

What is chronning within computer?

I surmise you mean cron, as contained by cron job.

Cron is a UNIX utility that allows you to run something at a pre-specified time. If you are running UNIX or Linux, type man cron and/or man crontab at a command prompt, and you will win all you want to know.
Cron is a program for linux that will execute other programs at specified time intervals.
CRON is a term that come from the UNIX world, and is a play on the word chronology.

The CRON daemon is used to schedule job to run at certain times of the hours of daylight, or on a specific day of the week, or hours of daylight of the month.

In a UNIX system, you can usually see the cron jobs for the current user by typing crontab -l

In Windows, in attendance is also a similar service called the Windows Scheduler. You can return with to it by going into the Control Panel and look for an option call Scheduler or Planned Tasks

(I'm not sure about the designation because I'm working on this French version of Windows at the moment and it purely says Taches Planifiees)
