The compaq- HP web site does. The evo series D-380 MX is supported. The pro insignia d380 mx is not . I go to their web site to brand name sure, its there along beside all the drivers for your your computer and their for Win XP. That is your operating system isnt it?Go to my documents on your computer and produce a new folder. Name it my drivers and down nouns ALL the drivers to that folder. Put a Blank cd-r in and copy that folder to it. smudge it with a feel pen and put it in a past the worst place. Remember if Compaq removed the inspiron from the support list the Evo series is not far at the rear. Do not upgrade to Vista.Your drivers will not be upgraded and your computer will not function.
