chore. i have no conception where to start something like materials and stuff like that or sites to buy from so if any body have any suggestions about what i should be looking for or any sites where on earth i can get info from.

It sounds like a pious set up. And yes you need a virtuous video card. Try a NVidia, they are good cards. I would shift with nought less afterwards a LX7950 512 mb card.
