Two desktops hooked up to internet?

I own 2 computers, desktops. I got the second one so my wife can play online games near me. Would it be wise to procure a router so the second can hook up to the internet? Or should i get a investigational modem with satisfactory jacks in the subsidise of it to share the connection or is that even possible..

Two desktops hooked up to internet?

Just achieve an affordable router. It's much cheaper than to buy a modem with a built surrounded by router.
All you need is a router.. you would not necessitate another modem because you only enjoy one cable, i suppose, to plug into that provides you internet connection..

take a router, it's worth it.. about 30-100 bucks, your pick
We use a router. Depending on who's home from where on earth, we have up to six desktops online at once.
I enjoy Verizon DSL service.

I have a Verizon Router/DSL modem combo. It's great and take up much less space. I can hook up 4 computers to it and can attach wireless cards to hold the computers anywhere in the house.
i enjoy 2 desktops as well .getting a router will probably be the best mode to go and you will find it will be cheaper as resourcefully.
