I own checked with Dell and they don't know (because they enjoy not tried it) whether I can put this sound card:

into a Dell Dimension 9200. I'm not worried roughly speaking breaking the warranty, I just want to know if the card will work on the motherboard Dell provides and whether it will be capable of get power next to the power supply that Dell supplies?

Looks like a simple PCI interface.Not sure what you are worried around concerning power. Pop it in and dance. Dell power supplies are only wierd at the 4 pin that go to power the CPU.
yes... that card will work... Dell is just mortal stupid
