If you single need it for internet access than practically anything will suffice. So long as it have 256Mb + RAM, 20Gb+ Hard drive A CD/DVD-R and min Windows 2000 OS you should be alright. Windows XP or later is best to access adjectives features on the Internet though.
if it is only for internet access the cheast computer will do ... something near >1.6ghz processor and 512meg ram. A introduce yourself card is a must!
Any modern computer (up to 5 years old) is internet ready. Just buy the computer you quality good around and enjoy.
Anything man, capture plenty of Ram though.
minimum configuraton required is PII processor with 1.8 gz (PIII or PIV recmended) and 256 mb RAM and a lattice card.

if your buying new it will come beside Vista instaled.as Vista uses ram as a pre-fetch win lots of ram DDR2 if poss.
