I hold a dell e520 with E6300 and my ask is can i upgrade to a 36600? I know that the processor uses the same mobo as the 6300 but my concern is next to the bios. From what i know from previous mobo's is that the bios has to support the processor? Or am i wrong surrounded by that as long as the processor uses the same socket, next i will be fine?

Normally you'd be fine, however considering it's a Dell, there is promising to be problems with upgrading. I'd support calling and asking them.
